The Russian group that had been chosen to manage the construction of the various establishments already has experience in this industry.
In fact, the company is managed by Lawrence Ho, the eldest son of gambling tycoon Stanley Ho, who held the monopoly in the Macao casino industry until the early 2000s.
Lawrence Ho is also the chairman of the board of directors of Melco International, the largest operator in Macao, Cambodia, the Philippines and Spain.
This well-known name helps to attract many investors from across Russia and the far east. This will help the authorities to complete their entertainment zone project where tourists can go to play games, but also to relax, shop or do business.

Between May and the year 2020

By the year 2020 the entertainment zone should have 15 hotels with either three, four or five stars, restaurants and swimming pools, and also various casinos, a yacht club, a huge shopping mall and a multipurpose exhibition centre.
The first establishments are expected to open in May.
At this time, the casino will offer only 800 slot machines, 25 gaming tables for VIPs and 40 tables for traditional casino games.
