The world’s 8 best casinos according to Forbes magazine
American magazine Forbes has just published a hit parade of the world’s 8 best casinos.
The first place belongs to one of Las Vegas’s most famous casinos, Bellagio, which features a 7,000 square feet poker room with 40 poker tables – making it one of the most impressive poker rooms in the world.
What’s more, this casino boasts an artificial lake and fountains with fantastic water effects.
In 2nd place of Forbes charts we find the Wynn, another casino located in the famous Las Vegas Boulevard.
The Wynn features a Michelin starred restaurant, a large selection of luxury stores selling brands of the likes of Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Jo Malone, Cartier, Oscar de la Renta, etc., and a casino that is one of the most appreciated by players worldwide.
Further down the charts we find two European casinos – Monte Carlo’s casino, built in the Belle Epoque style by Charles Garnier, and Baden Baden’s German casino, which is one of Europe’s eldest casinos and is renown for the elegance of its furnishing.
In 5th place we find Sun City in South Africa, which is unique in its kind.
Located in the heart of a natural reserve, Sun City boasts 4 hotels, 2 casinos, 1 showroom and 2 golf courses.
At the 6th place of Forbes’s parade we find Macao.
Built in a Venetian house style, Macao is the world’s second biggest casino after Las Vegas’s Palazzo.
The Macao building itself is a copy of the Venetian Palazzo dei Dogi and in order to recreate the atmosphere of this beautiful Italian city Macao hosts numerous canals that can be navigated by gondolas.
In the last two positions we can find Ibiza’s Hotel Gran Casino and the Bahamas Atlantis Resort, whilst the Paradise Island Casino is listed as the biggest casino in the Caribbean.
