Miami to compete with Las Vegas

The Genting group wants to build a leisure centre around a massive casino in Miami.
The place will be known as World Resorts Miami and built on a 450 million dollars piece of land, and will cost 3,8 billion itself.
Miami will be able to fully compete with the city of angels when this will be introduced.
Indeed, this complex alone will offer the same real estate as the Mirage, the Venetian, the MGM Grand, the Bellagio, Wynn, and Caesar Palace, 6 of the biggest casinos all together.
The World Resorts Miami will feature 4 hotels including 5,200 rooms and 1,000 flats in total, one lagoon with a size comparable to 16 olympic swimming pools, more than 50 bars and restaurants, one gigantic mall, a major dance room in the state, and a 75,000 m² casino, counting more than 8,500 Slots.
However, before being able to build this impressive structure, the Genting group still has to convince the governor of Florida to change the current legislation regarding casinos.
Indeed, for now, only indian tribes are allowed to manage such places. Currently in deficit, the state of Florida should find difficult to refuse 600 million dollars in annual tax, and the creation of 30,000 jobs promised by the World Resorts Miami.
