Bugsy by Barry Levinson (1991)
In 1946, the mobster Ben “Bugsy” Siegel created the famous Flamingo, the first casino in Las Vegas which was then only a small village in the Nevada desert. Casino by Martin Scorsese (1995)
Huge American director Martin Scorsese is often interested in the mafia. He could not miss the syndicate that organized crime at casinos in Las Vegas. It was a pure masterpiece simply entitled Casino. Bringing together stars of caliber such as Robert De Niro, Sharon Stone, Joe Pesci and James Woods, the film tells the story of Sam Ace Rothstein a mobster in Chicago who was chosen to manage the hotel-casino Tangiers.
Ocean’s eleven of Steven Soderberg (2001)
The remake of a movie with Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jr., Ocean’s Eleven with George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Matt Damon, Julia Roberts and Andy Garcia. This film is about the robbery of a casino in Las Vegas. Huge success, it has resulted in two suites: Ocean’s Twelve and Ocean’s Thirteen still directed by Steven Soderberg.
Casino Royale by Martin Campbell (2006)
Much of the penultimate installment in the James Bond saga takes place in a casino in Montenegro. Indeed, Casino Royale has a poker tournament between Le Chiffre and the famous agent 007. More realistic and nicely done than the previous episodes, this film marks the renewal of this franchise.

Directed by Robert Luketic hack, 21 does not certainly reach the level of a masterpiece such as Casino. Nevertheless, it is exciting for Blackjack fans. Telling the true story of the famous team of MIT blackjack card counters, it shows how young students managed to win millions at the casino. In addition, it has a beautiful cast led by Laurence Fishburne and Kevin Spacey.
